Hello
Thought I would introduce myself after being on here for a while . I am a convert from MP , Ader told me about the site and I like what I see , everyone seems a good laugh and got some good advice from reading posts already.
I am 37 years old been training for about 3 years now , I like to change my routine regularly so have tried everything from German Volume Training , Power Rep Range Shock , HST, Push Pull,those silly Mens Health ones in the early days .
I am currently doing a "Tony Stark 4 day split "from another site , its alot of volume but I like that . What are my goals ? I just like to keep a good level of fitness , challenge myself and kepp the belly at bay
My diet is ok but I sacrifice being too strict for enjoying a pint and sharing a good meal with the family.
Got a leg day with Ader tomorrow , he has been helping me with my squats and deadlifts and looking forward to the doms already !
