Loving the spiked hair, perfect eyebrows, and designer stubble ;)

Hawt stuff. I'd take the skin off your ass and wear it as a hat!

Okay, don't like the hair, daft expression or stubble.

People who have money are old birds etc., and they want someone who looks more "mature".

This is just my opinion mate, but I deal with people all the time and do huge deals for a living.
Get a new photo and smile!!!

Mrs M thinks you look grubby! She's minted and your target market, Shave, get a new photo and smile.

Mate, I'm serious, get a new photo.

At first glance I think there are way too many words there.
If you ask me you should have simple, hard-hitting slogan-type sentences and not the essay-like listings you do.
The fitness world is indeed a fastfood culture where people aren't that much into substance.
Oh and I agree completely with Simon - make your hair look more relaxed and lose the daft smile.

Personally I'd hit it hard though.

I know you're passionate about what you do and what to share all your qualifications, but to most people all the text just covers up the images.

To be honest mate the poster will end up being an over sized business card holder as what i do in the gym is what gets me clients and then they simply grab a card from there.

Too many words.

As the lads have said photo isn't great. Want to keep the stubble? Then shave your head.

The key is appearing mature.

Business Card thing on bottom right needs work.

Pitching for both PT and SM on one poster is going to be tough.

If you are doing sports massage then you need to be pitching for the ladies and the pink pound.

If you are doing PT then you need to be saying the following:

Blokes - I can get you massive, ripped and fit as a fiddle
Ladies - I can get you lean, sexy and shapely.

Then shave your face, just for the photoshoot. Wont do ya no harm to look like you shower once in a while. :D

If you're not sure if you're getting quality sleep or not, this is your standard: You should always wake up under a teepee. If you don't have a boner so solid you have to do a handstand to take a morning piss, your Testosterone levels are probably low.

If you got problems with shaving you need to learn how to shave properly!

For me personally this works very well,

1.Shave after a shower don't dry your face.
2.Use a good quality shaving foam, wifey got me some body shop that I put on with a brush really good and you only need a tiny tiny bit so it last ages.
3. Use a good razor and keep them sharp so you only need to do as few strokes as possible.
4. Try to shave in the same direction all the time.
5. Use a good quality after shave lotion to soothe your skin after shaving.

That's all there is to it :)

Hi Mate

Id have to agree - too many words - from what Ive learnt in a small space of time and obsering how few mates of mine do this

- large attention seeking \ catching image of yourself [if you can prove why they should come to you - your physique even better = that automatically throws CREDIBILITY]

- use key words and messages - right now there is alot of info
