Looked pretty straightforward :)

Curt, I'd much rather watch you lift than act like a chav. Keep it up :)

I don't know if you ever squat ATG - any idea what you could squat to full depth?

I think Curt has done 4x160kg as a pb but quite a while ago.

Well done mate, very explosive and great control bringing the weight down. If I were picky you were an inch or 2 shy of being parallel as I assume parallel is fromt the quads, not Hams but correct me if I'm wrong here.

It was depth as Steve wouldn't of called me up otherwise.

Simon- I do ATGs close stance without wraps on my speed day my best being 170x4 last week. & doing them today.

I guess they may of been lol, It looks relatively easy on the video, but believe me taking it off and walking back and setting up was immensely difficult.

Hehe, this lad in gym [andy beeston] always complains I'm weak without a suit and he did 230 that week, thought I would just put him straight :D Possibly add 10kg to that in 3-4 weeks time ? :D Ash please set up a journal... apart from comps, it will be excellent for readers to read both of ours...!!!

We'll be the judge of that!

Kirk

Why don't you open a thread and give some basic tips on strength work. This would be interesting for the non shirtlifters

Curt, I think it would be a great idea, either in the beginners or power sections.

There's no debate that you're ugly though ;)

Curt, all joking aside it would be great to get some tips and you should feel flattered that people are interested in what you do.
