I do not want to put you down so please do not take this the wrong way but from those pics you do not appear to have progressed much at all. That said & with reference to some of your previous posts and your obsession with wanting to lower your bodyfat I'm not surprised with the pics.

Its nothing to really worry about as long as you take on board that you really do need to gain weight. Your still in your early teens and if your anything like I was its difficult to put on weight (oh how I wish that was true now!). You'll also (possibly) be very conscious of the way you look and have a self image in your head that will have no resemblance to how you actually look.

How's your training and your diet at the moment. I really think from those pictures that things need to change so you can show some progress in whatever your goals may be.

To be fair, there is a slight improvement. The bottom ridge of your ribs is not so prominent, with the gap below it and you hip now seems to be filled with muscle. That is a very big improvement.

As has been said many many times now, you are a teenager your metabolism is roaring away and if you want to put on muscle you need to eat. I think the best thing to do is post up diet and training.

Believe me FBG I wish when I first started training that I had these guys to help...You can make so much progress if you listen to them. 8-)

You and me need to swap diets and training habits i think mate :)

Youre in a great position, you NEEEEED to eat big, lots of good cuts of meat and fish, decent carbs plenty of leafy veg.

Have you posted your training plan up? If not i bet theres plenty to be done there. I reckon the key to you making progress is your legs. I may be way off, but id guess your training includes lots of crunches, concetration curls, cable cross overs etc.

Start big boy training and including a variation on squatting, deadlifting, chins and dips and youll grow like a weed.

from the top link (pic on the left to the holiday snap youhave made some good impriovements, but not any improvements from the top link right hand side pic to the holiday.

You need to shovel as much good mean, fish protein, pasta, and all the ood stuff down you as you can and take full advantage o the lean growing you can do. stop cutting and pissing around. grow some muscles as you look "toned" but infact underweight or not far off it!

Agreed. You'll look a million times better with some muscle on your frame.

Thanks Gymbunny. It's bulking time now and I am aiming for around 3500 calories per day. Any less than that and I don't put on any weight at all. I do listen!

Simon. Please don't worry, I'm not Ginger! I do eat and train ..

Marks- I try to do this as much as I can. I try to eat as much as I can, when ever I can. It's mostly good stuff but sometimes it's just the calories I want. Training routine is taken from one of those eBooks, so is very good. Unfortunately I am not allowed to post it.
It includes all the exercises you mention ( overhang chin up, not underhand though)

Morba- I'm right handed and not Ginger hahaha

Scott- I like the meat idea, I was thinking of cooking a few pounds at the beginning of the week and eating it during the week, or making my own beef jerky.

Muscle is good I agree, but you must see where I started from! I am only average now.

Sup mate, time to get motivated, change that avatar to something that you want to achieve, get a journal going, and get moving. You will probably not find more knowledge about lifting that that which is pooled here, so good work so far, just take it to the next level.
