Looking good Ben.

Did you bother supplementing in the end?

Nope, thought i would wait a little longer. Was thinking of giving Epi,mmv2 and Kps new blend a whirl! Could possibly be a great stack, what do you think Alex?

I think id be wary of epi + kp's monster brew, ive read that epi causes big pumps and without going into detail, so does the monster brew, combined it could be quite potent.

It's not that bad with Epi in all honesty.

Ben, MMV2 is definately worth a shout.

I'd do a modded pulse.

Use on training days with epi but take one in the morning and the rest pre workout.

1 bottle should see you for 4 weeks and costs around £29.

Yes,makes sense. Can always have a couple of weeks off then run another course.

Exactly.

I think 4 weeks on/off may work best as I only left a couple of weeks between 4 weeks on and didn't notice much mass gain from the Epi on the 2nd cycle although I used the MMV2 for that one and got good strength gains.

Did you keep the mass you gained on Epi Alex? I shot up in weight by about 8-9lbs but then lost it over about 6-8 weeks.

Did you run anything after the cycle jake? When i eventually give it a go i plan to do x-lean and cissusdrol on the back of it to try and hold on to any gains.

I lost a bit on my last one but then I went on holiday during pct which wasn't a great idea. Overall I reckon I've kept a couple of 2kg of lean mass.

Mark, i think the cissus-drol is a good idea for pct.
