I'll be investing in some light bands soon. Westside seem to swear by them and chains. Gives a few more options come DE/ME days. Not entirely sure how you go about applying them to the bar and bench but i'll cross that bridge when i get to it.

I've been meaning to buy chains for ages now. Just need to find a place that does them; ideally over here in NI as postage for those buggers is gonna be expensive.

Gonna use them for Squats 8-)

Yeh i've looked into chains, so so expensive though, could well be looking at £100+ for all the correct equipment. Im gonna wait till i go back to uni and buy them, then use books as an excuse when mother asks
