The power, strength and stability in that is amazing. The power you must need to snatch 140kg overhead like that is crazy!

That guy front squating 200kg at the end like it was piss water. :shock:

Deinitely Rab, the speed of those snatches is incredible - he has to be one of the most explosive weightlifters.

Yeah seen that before... absolutely awesome!!

... and there's me wrecking myself trying to clean 80kg to my shoulders lol. The power that guy can generate is just bemusing.

I like the fact that on the snatches he does a power snatch for the 1st rep then a full squat snatch for the second rep - Awesome control/confidence/technique needed to do that as the techniques/mind set are quite different.

Good to see him doing split jerks too, he always push jerked in competition
