So Ive added these again to my shoulder routine as I cant done Shoulder Press all out every workout and must say..totally awesome!.
Been doing alot of messing about and testing with it...and found that
Use something upright and rigid - smith bar \ squat bar \ fixed machine - grip with firmly
Lean in the opposite direct with feet either together or one slightly in front of the other
With the dumbell in the other hand, start your lateral, as you come up lean slightly and flex your lower back; you will find that you can stimular and recuit all three heads of the shoulder (probably more so in the lateral delts)
NOTE : You need to lean towards the side your working, not the other way round.
Woke up this morning with some really nice capped doms on the delts! Used a 14k dumbell and it felt awesome! This ones a keeper again
