My arse is actually lower than it looks in the vid - I don't use a belt either as my core's pretty good, I managed a 205kg after this with similar "ease" which I'm really happy with. This was the end of my set for DLs I had done 110x10, 130x10, 160x6, 180x5. I just thought I'd give 200kg another go - I seem to be able to do it more and more easily.
I need to get some vids of my squats as I'm sure I'm not going as deep as I could go - it's a great way to see your technique. I'm sure there are some pointers you can guide me on.
