Well everyone has done proper intro's so I'll follow suit...
I got into weights seriously fairly late. Played a lot of Football to county standard up to my mid late teens with Rugby still in the background just at school probably due to being a small kid. Got into Mountain Biking and was sponsored at national level for a few years through Uni. Went to Kingston and studied Computer Systems (2:1) and was here i got into weights a lot more.
My first ex of 3 years split with me and slept with some of the rowing team that she'd not long joined so I purchased a home York kit to plot my revenge. In the meantime I developed quite well, got right back into Rugby and found I was better than I realised and played over at Bracknell at the time when they just broke into National League 1. Unfortunately time, family commitments and a mortgage got in the way and the club also went into decline.
I love a bit of volume, loads of sets, big weight, similar to back in the 70's and the Golden Era.
In addition I do like my Cardio and Plyometric work to keep a good level of Fitness and to not rely purely on Diet to keep body fat at a good level.
