I agree with Ollie

You have to be focused on either cutting or bulking else you will gain no mass and lose no BF probably.

A cut it is I reckon... Met up with big O today and had a chat about it. Reckon 4 weeks on a real strict cut, then see how I feel then.

Gonna start the 10x3 routine as of thurs too 3xper week, which should be a killer... 30min jog every morning pre breakfast (only a protein shake beforehand) and maybe an extra low intensity 90min cardio session to boot. Reckon I might be able to shift a little bodyfat in short time!

Fingers crossed now!

It'll drop off dude... it's such an uncoventional way of training and it gives visible results very quickly so it should keep motivation levels up :)

Just as well you didn't go to Ashton Gate last night :D

And yeah, damn good I didn't decide to try and tempt fate! I'll try and get tickets for United or Liverpool or something... They're always gonna loose against them anyway!

No weights for miles around means improvisation.

Daily for the past week and for the next week = 100 press-ups, 100 sit-ups. 3mile fast paced cross country walk.

Every other day, collecting enough big logs for decent bonfire! Prob ten-ish trips 15min walk carrying 20-30kg logs.

Today. 6mile cross country walk, 3miles of which "piggy back" of a 7yo girl weighing in at approx 45kg (6.5 stone just under)

Diet has been poor, with no supplements, but neighbours giving enough eggs for me to eat at least 6-8 per day!

Weight has gone from just over 13st to just under (approx 4lb drop) in three weeks.

Can't wait to get started on the 10x3 next week!

haha, fuck off mate, I'm not some cock sucking fat boy!

I'm up with the girlfriend at the edge of the lake district for a few weeks with no major city for miles around so inventitive in the wild I shall be.

Handstand pressups. Get your gf to do one in front of the mirror sans clothing then place your chin on her mung to set what you'd look like with either a) a beard, b) goatee, c) big chin!

Not too far from me. I'm about 30-40 minutes from the Lakes depending exactly where you are?

I guess you've been getting the same awful weather as us? :(

I be in cumbria just like you mate... Kirkby Lonsdale is where I'm staying, so on the border of Cum-Lancs-Yorks.

Big Si... I tried and I look like Jimmy Hill right now!

Handstand pressups: how do you do them properly?

I thought she'd have a nice clean mung. Mrs M has a landing strip. I'll did put a photo and post later!

Hand stand pressups are easier against a wall as it helps with stability.
