I could/would/will, but I'm onto the next batch of product descriptions, so it would have to be done after those are finished as things are a bit 'turbulent' for me currently...and I want to allow for the unexpected  this time....

If Det had the time and if he didn't mind? Sorry if it sounds like I'm volunteering you for the job Det :? (but I kinda am :| )

Fcuk.

That backfired.

If people want, I could put some effort into a post on methods of preperation, storage and cooking fats/lipids? Would take a few days though if people want something in-depth...

lol

well i intended on starting eating better today, obviously without the shakes or flapjacks as i have no protein yet (so theres ALOT of kcals missing) but didn't happen really. I've been ill today and fucking sucks :x

Managed to get 800kcal of cocunut milk, 1000kcal or choco milk (will replace with shakes tommorow lol), and made a very taste meatball dish which was maybe like 600kcal at least. I'm getting hungry now though so i guess i'm getting over it already and hopefully i'm going to sort it out from tommorow onwards!
