Today so far, I've eaten:

Postby ollie on Thu Apr 24, 2008 6:42 pm

2 bagels with 6 scrambled eggs and 100g of smoked salmon
50g oats made as porridge with semi milk and honey
Massive full fat latte on the way into college
450g steak mince with 60g rice, vegetables and tinned tomatoes
5 Gu chocolate brownies :D
4 egg omelette with spinach
Pork chop with kale, mushrooms and red cabbage
450g Yeo valley natural yoghurt
About 200g berries
100g mixed nuts

And I'm just about to get cracking on a cheesecake, maybe just 1/4 of it as I'm feeling a bit full :D

Cut = done 8-)

This is the reason i allow myself a little bit of choc everyday and eat different food on the weekends. I can still stay on track without having food marathons.

Yeah, I'm not feeling great to be honest, but hell I don't think I'm going to crave anything for a while. Either that or I'll spiral uncontrollably into a 6 month binge and come out the other side at 35 stone

Not good guys, I pretty much didn't stop eating last night. Talk about a rebound!

I couldn't stomach any food whatsoever this morning, not even whey! I put the powder in my shaker then thought better of it as I nearly threw up in my mouth.

Managed some food around lunchtime, then had some whey when I got back (at 3:30...nice 8-) ), then thought I'd better burn off some of the ~8000kCal I ate yesterday  Had to run/walk, as my stomach wasn't too happy with running. Just got back in and made a mess of the toilet bowl, but feel a lot better

Still a little bloated but not too bad now, I'll get things back on track tomorrow :)

I would stress it. Doing it in one hit like that is probably better than over a longer period of time in smaller amounts.

Besides you enjoyed it at the time :)
