Very interesting session today. couldn't stop yawning. Kept to my rest times, got all my lifts :?

Oh well, as long as it all comes off I'm not gonna worry about it. Bit bloated at the moment, ate some crap this week so I expect I'll lean out a bit by the end of the week - gonna knock back the calories to only a 10% increase as breakfast this morning nearly had me blowing chunks before I finished it.

Not quite enough sleep today, just under 7 hours and back to work since Monday so a little tired. Was picking last night too and although I felt like shit I was running at 146% by the time they stuck me on FLTs at 4am - when I had no desire to drive the only piece of shit not in use. That wound me up to an extreme level - to a point where I nearly jumped off and butted an ignoant dumb fuck that was really asking for it - usually I brush things off but it's turning into a long week.

Fair enough session today. Starting to feel the 15s now and dropped a rep on 2nd set bench and 2 on 2nd set military press today. Didn't want to drop the side lats but will not be doing them from here on.

Was happy with that - expected to miss more reps on HST first time round but I think I've calculated prettty well. I think with bench today, to quote Jake"I gave it too much respect" and will be kicking it's ass next time. Could have had 15 but didn't want to go to failure on anyhing until the last day at each range.

Saturday:PB day - at this point I don't fel it's gonna be too hard as I have a couple of easy days to get through. Should be off Sunday if no overtime and Monday is PB+ day so I should be well enough rested for that.

My comments on Epidrol - Mood swings are down to non-existant. I can still get riled but not by the toaster. Very surprisd by my peformance at work, this is a really good indicator of my actual energy levels.

15 rep maxes yesterday

Squats - 15, 15 - hard
Curls - nailed it
Flat BP - 15, 13 - not failure but no spotter.
Lat Pull downs - nailed it
Shrugs - nailed it
Military Press - 15,10 - pause, 3 - fucking hard - was actually swearing at the weights
BB Curls - 15, 9-pause, 3 - very hard
Tri Push downs - 15,15 - last few were really forced/jerked out.
Calf Raises - nailed it

All 90s rests except between Tri push down and Calf Raises which was more like 2 minutes because of logistic issues.

Next session is Monday - last of 15s with added weight. Think I got the weight just right considering what I have to work with. Thinking about buying some dinky .5Kg plates so I can increment a little better. Dropped the Lat Raises, did 1 set after Military Press to get an idea of the fatigue they were causing and will not be continuing them in the 10s.

Pumps were huge! I may be delusional but I err on pesimism usually. I looked huge hours after that session - the whole of my upper body was bright red, and noticibly pumped - even feel it my chest now still.

Been piling food in, Mostly good but if rushed, some shit has slipped in. Gut has got a bit bigger but not so much that I'm uncomfortable with my appearance - Well I'm booking a holiday in Majorca for May so it's tough shit cos it's on the beach whatever shape it is

Very happy with how things are going - size gains have crept up, energy and mood is good. Confidence is good.

When I finish this HST cycle, I will do a quick 2 week cut(if need be - possibly use Hydroxycut), and resume HST. Next PH cycle will begin on the 10s of that cycle so as to peak on the 5s.

Thinking on, I might go to Cyprus instead, I hear Clomid is very cheap there

Sounds like you're enjoying your training so far then?

Would be good to see the weights you're using and how you're progressing ;)

Final day of 10s yesterday - Pbs on all lifts as expected.

Think the MASS FX stack is doing it's job, bitch tits 100% gone. Energy outside of training returning to normal, lethargy subsiding. Nuts not quite 100% back online yet but getting there - may be related to the lethargy...

Life getting a bit hard at the moment with rocky times ahead, Been a bit ill, thought it was stress - headaches, the shits - turns out it was the Forskolin in Mass FX/Hyperdrol... not having much luck with these supps as of late. Pissing me off to tell the truth, but the sympons are subsiding in the last few days.
