Pretty good session today..

Bench
30x10
40x8
60x6
75x2
80x4

Note: pretty happy with the 80x4, probably better than 80x5 last week as it was without a spotter, and last week i think i had a very slight helping hand on the last couple of reps.

Yates
40x10
50x10
60x6
75x2
82.5x4 (PB)

Note: last set was very hard, think i kept my form well though and pleased with the PB.

Dips
bwx10
10x8
15x6
25x2
30x6 (PB)

Note: Decent improvement on the 30x4 last week.

cheers mate :)

Internet was a bit messed up last night so couldn't post so heres my session for yesterday..

Dcent session overall, couple of PBs, slightly disapointed with dips but will hopefully sort that next week.

Bench
30x10
50x6
60x3
70x 9 9 8 (PB)

Note: Finallyyy a decent session on volume bench, happy witht eh pb and just can't wait to get that 10 10 10 on 70 now :D

Chins
bwx8
15 x 10 10 10

Note: Did this exercise second as other equipment i needed was being used, think it might have helped. Happy with the 10 10 10 at this weight.

Dips
bwx8
20x9 (Failed 10th)
x8 (Ahhh failed 9th!)
x8

Note: Pretty disappointed, worse than last week.

Yates rows
30x10
50x6
67.5 x 10 10 10 (PB)

Note: found this VERY hard, think i managed to keep my form though and happy witht he weight.

right, just finished my last session in my current program as im looking to switch to a more bodybuilding style training.

Not a bad session to end on, despite bench being shocking.

Bench
30x6
55x3
65x2
70x1
80x3

Note: Was with my bro, attempting to lift in a more powerlifting style, arched back, shoulders pinched back etc...think i just tried concentrating so much on it it put me off my lift...plus i was shit at arching lol.

Yates
30x6
60x3
65x2
72.5x1
82.5x5 (PB)

Note: Decent lift but think my form might have slipped a little bit the last rep or two.

Dips
bwx6
15x4
20x2
25x1
32.5x6 (PB)

Note:only lift im actually happy with this session, good improvement from last week.

As i said earlier, looking to change so if anyone could give me a decent bodybuilding style programme it would be really appreciated :D

Cheers everyone

Since your used to Powerlifting/strength programs that are full body or upper/lower then a 3-4 day bodypart split would be best i think.

Plenty of sets to failure aswell with les volume. Maybe throw in some pre-exhaust, superset, drop sets and rest-pause to get a feel for some bodybuilding techniques. Good Fun! ;)

A quick note on this. No matter what your goals, pinching your shoulder blades together is almost certainly a better way to bench in terms of weight used, chest stimulation and shoulder health. I know what you mean about concentrating too much on form though, I get it quite a bit on bench. This is where practise makes perfect.
