i have been known to take the odd Resolve here and there, just a shame that this stuff has a 1g of paracetamol in it, otherwise it would be on the money.

I have got my own blend sorted by going through a client's contact (pharmacy). Can't get mag carbonate though, but as I use magnesium oil it matters not. I never bothered coming back here as no-one seemed interested. I asked KP to see if he could get larger order from a UK supplier but never got back to me.

Still, try any decent chemist and they'll order you in the four carbonates (mag seems are to get hold of though).

I use 5g first thing in am. 5g immediately after training. And 5g before bed.

Just taking this stuff and eating a fairly acidic diet will not make you alkaline though. Sure, it will help, but it's not the way to do it.

Just making the best of a bad situation. Whilst i admit a major degree of laziness on my part, i also have to say that with my job it is not viable to consume a rainforest of greens, i at best get to grab a sandwich or a pub lunch (notliquid). I just aint got time or the inclination~dedication to prepare food either

make sure you are near a toilet for the first hour after taking as it can give you the potassium squits
