ADVICE ON NEW lAPTOP

I need a new lap top . Got about 400 - 500 .

I just need it for storing pics , documents , searching the web and for cd and dvd s

Anyone any idea on what to buy , minimum processor , memory size etc

Help an old man who is clueless !! :lol:

If youd have posted this last week id have give you one for cost as we had 4 returns from HP that we got at a huge discount they were the elitebooks

Windows 7 64 Bit if you can
HDD - over 350GB
RAM no less then 4GB
Intel i3 or i5

the rest is standard

Also look at DELL as they have some crazy offers

new inspiron aint bad

Also pop in to your PC World - as much as that place has some odd individuals - they have some good offers on Acer laptops
