Hard work - Bench on Tuesday went a bit wrong tehre was a funny mood going down and awhole session was slow and 'weird'. Probably ended up trying to go too heavy but it was interesting - chains are hard!
Tonight was similar to last few weeks - Lats and traps are already feeling it
