i'm sure some of you lot partake in this

going on holiday next week, and rather than take a portable dvd player, want to take netbook instead

is there a mongoloid proof way of copying dvd's on to netbook?

from prelim research it seems pain in the arse!!1

fool proof way is to copy / convert to ISO - but you need the correct tool that also copies the initial sectors which hold the enc info. but theres loads about.

if there multi region then it wont matter and you can just copy the entire DVD over to the netbook.

for future reference, a program called ANYDVD may resolve this.

other useful features of this app are allowing you to autoplay and skip trailers-even on disney shite and playing any region.

also, i'd suggest just d/l the films from a torrent site and leave over night, saves pissing about with software.
