We have a scaffolding bar at the gym for squats

I use it for curling in the squat rack - get a serious burn doing FST-7

Si, both gyms have thicker handles on their DBs so all good.

Used FGz for dead hangs and curls today. Good fun. <3

Finally got my Fat Gripz through and I'm pleased with the quality of them and they do look like something that will last.

If you look at my journal you'll see what I used them for, but if you're lazy, then the highlights are:

CGBP 4x110kgs after plenty of warm ups including 6x100kgs

DIPS

And EZ Curls

What I noticed for benching was that strain was taken away from my shoulder joint, so I felt much more comfortable. The same was true for DIPS.

For EZ curls my forearms normally cramp up, but with the FG's no such problem which was excellent, I'll try next time with a olympic bar as well and see how that feels as I've never been comfortable curling a straight bar.

In conclusion, anything that can help protect my shitty shoulders is worth the money and I hope to get CGBP upto 140kgs by october as I'll then have much bigger arms than Rab! :D

Quite possible matey, the only thing that's held me back is shoulder problems for CGBP...
