Look really good mate. ou are taking on a much more dense and mature look that can only come with years and years of consistent hard work

Seems so hard to judge your bf. Id be interested to see what your legs and glutes look like (no homo) as you would expect to have well striated glutes with how lean you are

@Alex: yeah, not much more needed but would still like a few more kgs.

@Rab: you're a dirty beast lol Not ass pics from me. Quads are vascular but not really striated; in good light and tense they are very slightly. I need more muscle mass for that. My glutes are prob more striated, esp where the muscle inserts into the bone. The sides (outside hip area [cba looking up the msucles]) are quite striated actually.

Yeah, the many years of training build an ok base, but it's been the last 5 years that has made the most difference, but most esp the last 2 years.

@Ollie: yeah, you're looking lean and with good shape.

The crazy thing is, is that it is not that much extra weight. I guess at a low BF% & me being fairly small any extra muscle mass makes quite a difference.

Looking amazing. How do you think you'd fare in a lower weight natty bodybuilding class? Wouldn't even need to prep lol

No idea mate. Rab and others would know better than me.

I'm sure if I took 2 weeks to lean up even more then get tanned up I'd do all right though.

defo. if you have striated glutes....then thats pretty much unseen on a natty stage. fe more eeks of dieting and drop water, weigh in a ballhair under 70kg, fill back up a few lb before stage and you might be hard to beat!

great thing to have on r CV...even if its not the road you wanna go down and its al about athletes rather than BB, there is a big market and people willing to pay good money for prep. You are talking 300-500 quid just for doing what we do on here week in week out anyways to prep someone for a few month

alot to be said in that - and very true words. London market, in terms of everyday ppl, is crying out for people that can get them into shape

Yeah, I was gonna say that I think doing a BB show would be good for your CV, but I don't think it would attract BB clients, moreso those that just want to get ripped. The type of diet you advocate is very different from a typical BB diet and I don't think most BBers would be willing to change.
