Arms look bad in the second shot due to the angle. 2nd shot shows off a nice bit of hang to the triceps, but kills the peak of the bicep as you cant really see it

Nice stuff though

Looking nice Ollie!
Not an expert, but from past experiences of trying to take back shots, the angle is either truthful or it makes you look nothing like you should. So get that top off and show us again!

Just put a new pic up here: http://gallery.me.com/olivergodfrey/100006. I expect the specimen in the mankini will attract more comments than mine

Currently about 85kg dry first thing in the morning. Been training very hard and consistently but also leading a bit of a party lifestyle (whilst eating well). Would like to drop maybe 5lbs but I'm in no hurry to do so.

Pretty happy with the way it's going. I'm much less hung up on conditioning now and just focus on making a gain every single session, however small. Now that I'm cycling 10 miles 5x a week and with my training style conditioning will look after itself with a few tweaks to the diet anyway.

Traps and delts are down to heavy hang cleans-push presses, deads, militaries and hammer shoulder presses (which are getting silly!).

It's now a year since I tried var and I wont stray that way again!

Traps due to those crazy heavy deadlifts mate. Good work there. You're right about the conditioning side of things; the cyclign to work will sort that out leaving to concentrate on getting stronger in the gym

Looking really good Ollie - best overall shape I think you've posted.

I also find cycling spot on for keeping condition.
