Alex wrote:Triceps certainly look fat (not as is flabby) and full. You're arms are like the polar opposite of mine although my Triceps are coming on quite well now and I'm nearly at 50/50 balance so hopefully Triceps will take over a little soon.

It's frightening that Alex has poorish tricepswhich are just starting to come and freeky big arms - I hate him

Basically had bloods back and liver enzymes where rather high and had meeting with consultant and full spec bloods yesterday.
I have a liver ultra sound booked also so show prep is blatantly out of the window for the moment. Need to get my health sorted. Lost my head and got very down about it but its not the end of the world.7

Prep was going well also to give u an idea this was 7 out.

Have you only just asked for one or you have a confirmed date? They take fecking forever to get you one mate, 8weeks waiting on your invite which will be in 3months time at the earliest. Been through it before and currently going through it again, tis rather annoying!
