What are peoples thoughts on Soy Protein Isolate as a protein source?

the amino acid profile is very good.

but I don't like it's affect on estrogen.

for plant based protein powders I'll stick with rice, pea & hemp. Unless someone can convince me otherwise about soy.

I'd be more worried about the amount of RBD that goes on to make it edible
