Just get an old army duffelbag and fill it yourself. It costs next to nothing and does the exact same. :)

First session of this new cycle, jumping into session 3, which should be clean and jerk

Mobility/Neural Activation

1.A Clean

Clean movement felt good, technique improving, really focused on the snappy drop and catch today.

I decided not to risk jerking the bar today as I wanted to give my wrist a bit more time to fully recover.

2.A Front Squat

120kg felt good considering a few weeks ago this was a tough set.

3.A Hammer Grip Chins

Not too bad on my wrist when I kept a narrow grip
