Short but sweet - cant help feeling they should have got more out of someone so well respected

I thought so mate. Considering how much he is willing to go into what he does on the boards it was a pretty shoddy interview

He incline benches 5kg less than he PARTIAL deadlifts? :shock: :(

Suppose it depends how he is doing them? Ive been shown recently to do partial deads without the rack, going just below knee level and not locking out properly, more pulling back on the lats as you come up. Makes it hard as hell

He does come across well. I have considered going to him for prep and had a short chat about it.

One other thing about Paul is he is a stikler for getting his bloods done and also spending several month in 12 off gear. Recently had a liver scare but turned out it was a thick GP and after a raft of scans etc it turns out his liver is in very good health (after 20+ years of bodybuilding)
