Should be interesting. Try and be impartial as possible.

You've got quite a large waist considering you don't hold much fat round there!

good luck with it coops
i'd just be a bit wary of any propietary ingredients which could land you in hot water with any drugs test
rumour has it some supp companies occasionally accidentally spill illegal stuff in the factories where this stuff is produced.

big waist- prob because he has phenomenal core strength

This supp had some positive effects on myself and a few clients that took it (one being Jules).

I wouldn't worry about a big waist unless there is too much excess fat. As Jules says, probably great core strength.

Right well I am back from a training weekend and was intense but eat enough to cover my expenditure give or take!

Anyway well from two days of supplementing with the insinase I have definitley found I have been more dehydrated (far more than usually). I also feel like I have a bit more energy too. Looks wise I look a bit leaner but my measurements tonight are as follows:

Waist= 35"
Weight= 105.4kg (consider I weighed myself in the evening as opposed to the afternoon)

The waist measurement is interesting as earlier I just felt around my hips and it definitely felt like there was less mass around there (probably a shift of water weight)

Weight 103kg
Waist 35"

Feeling really good! Apart from the dehydration lol. But it seems to be working.

Will keep updated as it has only been a week on it.
