One I've been using recently...
200g Strawberries
1 Banana
1 Apple
1 Pink Grapefruit
1 Lime
10 Leaves Fresh Mint
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Cup Oats
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
350ml Organic Coconut Bio Greek Yogurt
Blend everything up apart from the Lime and Pink Grapefruit which you just want to extract the juice from as the flesh can be too bitty. Some may find the grapefruit a little tart so try with maybe half but the Mint, Lime and Coconut Greek Yogurt helps to offset this. If you plan to use standard Yogurt then perhaps trade the Grapefruit juice for Orange. Could add some egg whites too this as well if you wanted more protein.
Makes up close to 1 litre so good for 3 days.
