Hope this doesnn't tread on anyones toes but Mens Fitness magazine have an offer on at the moment , you subscribe for 5 issues for a £5 and get a free USN shaker and a 1kg tub of Muscle Fuel . You can cancel before the 5th issue and not pay anymore . I did it a few months ago for 3 issues for a £1 and got a free shaker and a load of samples . Hope this doesn't affect BSD if it does then please delete

Can't see any offer for a shaker & fuel.

Must admit Ive been reading MH standing in the supermarkets of late and it HAS got better - not sure if editor or all have changed..but def something better about it

Haven't looked at the mags out there for a while... anyone got any recommendations?

I've ordered it & sure enough the shaker & shit is part of the offer.

If you did invest its now time to cancel your subscription . I did it , no hard sell and they are still sending me the final 2 copies . Just looking after the old gits . Oh and if you go outside wear one of those talisman things so when the police find you they will know when to drop you off
