Today

3 thornts brownie squares
Bowl Honey Nut corn flakes
banana
empire biscuit
strawberry tarts
roll with ham, cheese and coleslaw
pint of innocent mango and passionfruit smoothie
3 thorntons brownies with double cream
tescos finest burgers with mash potatoes and gravy
pint of smothie
Mr kipling whirls with toffee in them (limited edition)
going out for a curry
man size bar of galaxy caramel
chocolate raisins
more innocent smoothie

There may be more. i will update later

can someone with the powers edit the title to fix my typo's?

Yes but i couldonly handle the curry OR the KFC. that fat c*nt has both

Had a Karachi Masala - Lamb. With d rice and naan

Stopped in at the garage for a whispa, glalxy cookie crumble and a milky way. only thing that has thus far survuved is the milky way

gonna polish off the rest of the litre carton of innoent smothie and maybe a pear cider.

Think ive nearly had my feed for the day. I love a saturday binge but this week im not gonna cheat sunday

Funyt hing is my legs just water up so quickly with this crap but my uppr body just fils up and looks better to a point which is coming soon then its super spill over

Nice. I've had 2 cheat days in a row this week. I'm leaner and better and awesome as usual. lol only thing is I've added about 10lb of water around my face lol.

Has been;
1kg cheese cake sainsburys with 4 packs of oreos crushed splosh of milk added and spreadall over to create an oreo goo toppping.
2 loaves of white bread
3-4 protein shakes
4 pizzas (bbq chiken/ 2 margerita (sp?) /one mushroom, panchetta sundried tom, black olive, panchetta anchovie pizza) last one easilty thr best.
tub of half baked b n j
choc brownie bnj
slice of pud pie
numerous chocalte bars
numerous packs of crips
digestives with welsh butter! Thankyou rab!
and ther stuff! oh yeah lamb pasanda last night was imense! :mrgreen:

oh yeah and a pack of oati bakes kippling things 3 cream egg ice lols and 4 caramel ones lol

I'm actually 200lb atm at about 10% so i think I'll come in about 170 then glyco load to 175 or so.

Im gonna try not to do that again. I felt terrible on sunday. lethargic, tired although i slept for 8 or 9 hours solid and my blood pressure was probably thru the roof as i ended up with a soe head for the next 2 days

That is some epic eating guys - I'm not sure I could do that if I tried. Mind you I may be having a good try tomorrow - Party at my house and food sounds like it'll include lasagne, chilli, malaysian curry, massaman curry, thai green curry, loads of deserts, cheese & biscuits + alchohol - I'll let you know :D

Apple Donut
Onion Rings
Fried Brie Wedges
Chicken Nuggets
Garlic Bread
Burger with Bacon, Cheese, Onion Rings and Hash Brown in Bun
Jacket Potato
Chips
Chocolate Fudge Cake & Clotted Cream

There's enough room for a shake before bed.

Got on it a bit yesterday...

6 white / 4 yolk scrambled eggs with spinach and tommy k
Oats with honey + cinnamon + a shake
1/2 grapefruit

Then went to work in a rush with no food prepared:
2 protein bars
M&S chicken with marsala sauce, lentils, sweet potato and spinach + extra chicken breast
M&S chicken salad with beans + extra chicken breast
10 Nairn's fruit/oat biscuits
Small bag of chocolate buttons
2 cocktails at 5pm after work

Then home:
Shake
Chicken jalfrezi, peshwari naan, coconut and lemon rice, saag aloo
1/2 bottle white wine

Fairly clean but a lot of food...
