17 Weeks Out Posing Video

QUick Look this morning with Weeman to see where i am and to get some sort of ground plan in place which we done

He is happy with where i am...full abs, quad separation....detail on back. More water than fat he thinks. Me being me aint that happy although something must be right as im happy with my condition for where i am...i think its just cos i had the flu and i dropped about 5lb this week its a head fcuk. On the plus side im not holding as much water for it and not as bloated so less gut contend. flatter too though.....

I was saying that to Bir in the video. i fel better with them and im sure they are looking better. my rear lat spread was much better in that wideo than before

Just gonna keep chipping away at it. gave back a batering today so thats all i can do

Was considering Bio Oil for keeping skin tight

And ment to add...the plan right now is...fill back out this week i wnt flat.

PBs are now lined up so im hoping to smath those and see growth off the back.

In about 3-4 weeks time im gonna start cardio in ernest and make diet strict but keep carbs high at about 400g. Take a week of aquaban and high vit c. push the waer up t about 6l a day too. Flush out some of the water and see how i actually look and then can decide how to play it.

Would be good to hold about this condition now with less water and be able to cruise into the show on higher carbs...use cardio/HIT/weights to burn it off rather that suffering for weeks and weeks on sub 100g carbs. leave that for the last couple just

Did a walk this morning but it was with FIona. She has wee gammy short legs and cant walk fast so its no proper cardio in my head. i cant get a bit of breathing and heart rate going at her pace
