What is even worse is that you have failed to use a Windsor Knot, so your collar button is left exposed. That's really bad form.

I know, mate, it's so difficult to break away from your heritage - when we meet, I might keep you as a pet

Good suit - primark really appear to have upped their game

Tie - Simon is quite right . This may be appropriate in the evening and you may open your jacket after the meal but at the church ???

Obviously no class in "classic "

Face - you look ill . Think you need to fill those cheeks out !

Dude. When I'm done wearing your ass like a headband, I'll teach you how to do a double windsor.

That shit's horrible.

I prefer the half windsor myself - The full one is too big a knot for my liking ;)

Noticed you managed to keep some blue on so test levels maintained even duing the wedding - Impressive commitment :)

Half windsor or simple cross knot for me.... two of the most anabolic knots I think.

I don't do lower then 8-10% bodyfat... I look feckin horrible (or even more horrible than usual). realised this the first time I decided to see how low I could take my bodyfat and actually felt pretty distressed by how my face started to look when I got to just above 8%... looked more like a crack junkie than someone who trained.

Im terrible at ties but tbh that is a bit of a poor show even for me. That was a nightmare of a day tbh....8l of water and a long drive in the heat. total nightmare an i was pishing every ten minutes and eating chicken and sweet spud from a tub in my car while everyone else tucked into a nice wedding meal and drink.

My gran is most annoyed im competing again. She was cracking up at the nick of my face.

ANyway...point being..everyone at the shows in good nick (sub 5%) looks like shit....so how can our man Health4ni keep a face something like that year round when he is already ugly enough as it is

I mean in terms of how being that low makes you look in terms of looking like a crack head....regardles othe health side of it...when your bf is that low all you tend to have is a skull n skin
