I'd mix it up a bit if you can - do something different everytime as you have the facility. I can play with the resistance on my Xtrainer and like to screw around with it a bit. As long as you're putting a good effort in. Might be good to do a max incline after legs - just to finish em off
I personally like to only do cardio in the morning on it's own day with abs. But if you train evryday and don't want to keep taking showers and timing your meals around stuff I'd lob it in after weights - a nice 20-30 mins should be cool and then nail the PWO as soon as you get off. Maybe even get some dex in water fo while you do the cardio and then take the rest of your PWO when you get off.
