My problem is losing condition,which i can do very easily,i get to a point and my head goes! then the carbs get cut again!
Forget about your condition for a bit!
you wont get 'out of shape' not compared to your average bloke on the street!
just put up with it for a few months and im sure when you see how fast the gains have come along with your training it'l have been worth it. Just look at your pics now...you know you can get lean!
