37 years old , training on and off since 15yrs old depending what exams I was taking etc
Married , 4 kids and now on my 2nd Vacectomy ( Praying it works this time ).
Due to the demands of home I now train at home and use a power rack with a lat attachment
I tend to log on at variour times of the day because of shift work.
I have been a Police Officer for over 15 years and started training properly about 5 years ago because of the need to be fit at work .
I train using HIT after wasting years doing volume .
Im anywhere between 16stone - 16 1/2 . and am around 6 ' 2" . Id like to be a little bigger but not much as I still have to run and catch naughty boys and girls .
My stongest body parts are my back and my shoulders . My legs are pathetic and I have to torture my chest to get any growth whatsoever .
I tend to stick with whey , oats ,creatine and taurine . I believe the "secrets " to BB are big weights , Big (clean food) , big rest , repeat repeat . I find theories interesting but find intensity is all I need to grow .
Due to time constraints I rarely log onto the MP forum anymore as I find it a little boring and humourless . I would still recommend MP products to anyone .
Oh and I keep having dreams about killing Rab .............
