I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on supplementing Taurine.
In a few weeks time I begin my bulk.
Supps I'm currently using:
MP Impact Blend (soon to be MP True Whey)
Phd Pharma Blend 6HR
Phd V-max Pump
EAA's
Leucine
Fish Oils
When I last did an order from MP I banged in a kilo of Creatine Mono-hydrate as having heard and read arguments about it all over the net I decided I wanted to make my own mind up about it.
The EAA's will run out of the next few weeks. Leucine I'm currently pulsing around 2.5 grams 3 times a day and have quite alot left a good 2-3 months worth.
Just browsing MP I've seen Taurine is reasonably cheap and as with most things I'm willing to give them a go once as curiosity gets the better of me.
So what are your thoughts on it? when to use it? how much? and what do you think about adding it to my stack?
