Most people just don't get a bodybuilding style diet at all... nor do they have a clue about what's healthy and what unhealthy foods can do to them over time. I just switch off to it and smuggly tell myself quietly i'm much healthier than they are and have a longer dick.

When Mrs M was pregnant some of her co-wrokers used to eat chips and other such stuff in her office which made her feel ill but was deemed acceptable.

I also worked with someone who eats ready meals at work and they stink, so whilst your diet is weird, there's many worse ones mate

Smells bad if you overcook it - Quite nice raw too - I have this weird thing with broccoli & cauliflower where I eat the stalks - Cut off the outer fibrous bits and inside is a very tasty snack :)

Anyway I'm just finisihing my Cheese & Onion Walkers so :P

Like a pencil yeah only not as thick.

I know what you are saying mate, can get tiresome especially when calorie deprived. This is why i've always tried to lean bulk and not done the cutting thing - I get really irritable and low when calorie restricted and things that bring on low mood I really need to avoid.

I don't mind the smell of broccoli... the only veggie smell i think that does bother me a bit is the over cooked cabbage smell.

funny u say that today - had a similar thing

2 people bring food from home - one is chinese and havent a clue what he brings but it dont look healthy, another is Pakistani and well his food really wreaks - and then a thrid one buys Tesco ready made meals...and he is the one asking me "what is in my shaker" and then proceeds to tell me "why I drink that its not a replacement for food". Being the kinda guy I am - I just try and ignore the comment and he pushes it further and asks what it does [bearing in mind it was only MPC today] so I just said i drink them when I dont get time to eat - which where I am now is true - and walked off......you just cant be asked dealing with it and I ignore it mate.

I haven't go the ability to cook in the office, so it looks like meat and salads for me during my cutting phase.

All about leftovers from the night before- all you need is some Tupperware and a fridge and you're good to go.

There's never leftovers mate. I'll probably be cooking chicken or beef te night before, a bag of pre washed salad as I'm lazy and a few nuts and stuff for snacks.

Just double up on quantities then- that's what I did tonight- brown rice, mackerel, broccoli and some other bits and bobs, just Tupperware half of it there and then and you're set.

Did this for Sunday night as I was trying to score brownie points with the lady, and enjoyed it for lunch on Monday too:

Highly recommended, that recipe!

If they don't like it they can **** off. I ate some Mackerel in the workshops for one of the technicians to complain about the smell

It's fine when I stink the house out with garlic I'll take the wrap for that

I think being on a restricted diet makes most people quite edgy anyway, does for me.

I actually got banned from eating in my office a while back, for eating a healthy combination of steamed cauli and broccoli with greek yoghurt, herbs etc. They actually had a big meeting about smelly food in the office and everything! Then of course people who eat fish and chips, pizza, burgers etc are not humiliated in front of everyone and are allowed to continue.

People like this are shit heads. Go be a fat unhealthy bastard if you want, but leave me and my nice boiled egg salad alone!!!!!

You're not alone Rab.

Wankers. The lot of them.
