Add to eggs usually or with shakes in 100ml portions giving 10g protein.
I'd say you could treat them in a similar manner to BCAA's and they may fill you up a little more perhaps but they are what they are. One trick would be to make up Egg White omelettes adding in lots of vegetables to act as fillers.

Finally got around to doing a bulk order from these guys and quick delivery from placing the order. Worth noting that larger packs come frozen with the packaging well insulated to keep them that way. These aren't long life Egg Whites either so need to be consumed within 7 days of defrosting but have the benefit of not being long life.
Would definately recommend but make sure you have room in the freezer.
