He's outlining carb cycling through the week.

And it takes 15-30mins depending on current skipping fitness. I tend to go for x skips with the same amount of rest that the x skips takes. So, for me 100 skips take about 40s.

^^ What he said. That is a good approach to skipping - short intense sets with the same length of rest between sets.

So started this cardio malarkey. Just doing what is easiest and changing one thing at a time to monitor progress

Started as of last weekend doing a half hour on my exercise bike on non training nights. Not at a mental pace or heart rate. Was only up to a comfy 90 odd BPM. Very gentle

Also doing a few miles on it after the gym on training nights aswell.

I'm working 6 days and some 13 hour shots to earn some ham just now, so kept plenty busy which is good for me in terms of making me more focused and organised with food - because i haev to be!

Not changed diet. Keeping it the same right now as I said...changing one thing at a time to measure. I have found though that the quantity of food I was struggling to consume on a daily basis is easier just now and my appetite has really increased!
