Oh well, i had 60g wms and 60g wpc. I felt ok, but i definitely didn't get in the zone the way i usually do. I was just far too relaxed, not tired, just not fired.

The shake had the same effect on me as when i have a carb shake pwo - it kills the energetic buzz feeling and puts me into a more relaxed state.
Maybe the carbs suppressed the stress hormones (namely adrenaline & cortisol) which normally get me going? Maybe it was the tryptophan. i don't think it was blood sugar issues as i didn't feel lethargic. I tried it and it wasn't for me, probably cause i'm a low carber. So i think i'll just go with nothing preWO apart from some food 2 hours before.
