Thoughts determine what you want... Actions determine what you get!

Why are Chavs like slinkies? They have no real use but it's great to watch one fall down a flight of stairs.

per 30g serving
111 kcal
Protein 18.6g
Carbs 5.1g
of sugars 2.4g
Fat 1.8g
of saturated 1.2g
Fibre 0.1g
Sodium 0.1g
Vitamin B6 1.2mg 60% of RDA

It's 60% protein and has a lot of carbs in for just whey. Poor quality, I wouldn't take it if it was free tbh...

These seem good value

I'd rather pay the extra 6 quid for the nutrasport protein 90 (5kg flavored) at discount supps.

One that I'm aware of :D

Wouldn't say they're the cheapest which is what the thread is aiming at but in terms of value for money for the overall product then certainly one of the most economical.
