Optifive supplement

Postby Resurrected on Sat Aug 15, 2009 5:04 pm

I know Alex uses healthspan for some supps.

Just wondered what people think of this http://www.healthspan.co.uk/anti-ageing ... -c156.aspx

I'm hopeless at remembering to mix powders ie greens so thought this may be a more convenient way of taking.

Why are Chavs like slinkies? They have no real use but it's great to watch one fall down a flight of stairs.

Ingredients list isn't the best - maltodextrin being the main ingredient? Sounds like a rip off to me.

It's not hard to mix 1/2 a teaspoon of greens into a glass of water when you wake up :)

Fully agree Ollie. I always remember to take tabs & capsules. But for whatever reason I often forget my damn greens.
