Is funny isn't it how we all seem to have gone through mass supplement experiment phases but come full circle? I guess it's that's because after a while you begin to realise that it's really down to good quality diet and consistent training... the rest really is supplemental!

There are no short cuts - even if juicing up to the eyeballs you've still gotta eat good and put the work in consistently!

Im just using whey post work out and fish oils .

Replaced 2 of the shakes I had a day with chicken or white fish . Lost some fat as a result and look a lot better .

Wouldnt get rid of the fish oils as my joints love them

All I'm using is whey, mpc, dextrose, a multi, fishies, zinc & mag. I have loads of creatine so i might add that again at some point but I'm not that bothered tbh - I'm training & eating consistantly again & that's the main thing - sleep could be better.

Like Det says, I've taken ridiculous amounts of supps in the past & they don't make much difference. Train, eat, & sleep - that's what matters.
