If anyone ever uses it, here's a tip: apply to the top of your inner thigh. This location allows the Melatonin to be absorbed gradually and not in a bolus fashion. Gradual (kinda like timed release) is better you see

Alex you say it is the same theory than GABA. I always use GABA pre bed is there any benefits in using it pre workout as it is a neuro inhibitor?
