This is kind of the same theory for using GABA.

I've often thought about using the 2 side by side.

Melatonin (cream) is brilliant stuff. Great for people with Jetlag.

If anyone ever uses it, here's a tip: apply to the top of your inner thigh. This location allows the Melatonin to be absorbed gradually and not in a bolus fashion. Gradual (kinda like timed release) is better you see ;)

Would you say it works better if an attractive young lady applies it for you?

I use 10 grams GABA plus 1 to 3 mg melatonin, greatly helps recovery and fat loss.

But apparently from this paper melatonin used peri WO could be helpful.

Do you think that 1 mg of melatonin pre cardio first thing in the morning could help with GH release. Or actualy before any training session.

Alex you say it is the same theory than GABA. I always use GABA pre bed is there any benefits in using it pre workout as it is a neuro inhibitor?

What about alpha-GPC has anyone already tried it ?

I've been thinking along the same lines, even taking it PWO for it's antioxidant properties?

Not too keen on messing with my bodies hormones and taking something like this during daylight? Is it worth it?

I was thinking the same about the natural rythm of secretion of these hormones and neuro inhibitors, probably much better to use them at night as "chronobiologic enhancers" if these words put together make sense :D

alpha-GPC vs GABA which one would be the strongest GH stimulator? Can they work in sinergy?

I've been close to clicking buy for alpha GPC a few times. Other items have taken precedence and I've never had enough spare cash to take what I consider to be a sensible daily intake to be effective.

Hugh, I started taking 3g GABA pre workout for the very same effect to raise GH through training although I didn't stick with it long enough it see if it had any effect.

In the legal days Tropicana actually quoted on their tubs to take 30 mins before bed and additionally 30 mins pre workout as an option.

I also tried adding approx 2g to my pre-workout shake for same thing! Didn't stick with it either...

Melatonin is for bedtime. Our bodies produce the stuff in the evening (as it gets darker) and at night. I see no reason to use before a training session. It's a night-time supp.

thanks Bison and alex, health4ni yes that's obvious that melatonin is normaly better used at night as it is its natural time of secretion, but heyyyyy if I take melatonin before training I will produce so much HGH that I will look like "Jay" in 3 days :D :D :D

Sure we all agree melatonin at night ;)

Bison, where did you source Melatonin from in the end, Bulk Nutrition?
