Thanks guys,ive done 4 comps so far this year,sk sports 1st pl,NABBA 2nd trained fig,UKBFF bodyfitness 1st,and BNBF Phy 1st,so ive got 11wks 2go 4 the BNBF brits,gonna give it ma all..train hard,eat good an do ma cardio..

I do some pics ov me b4 i started ,ive always trained hard ,ive been a fitness instr 4 years...it all started in 2004 when i picked up the muscle n fitness mag,there was a competition so i sent in my photo and i won ,so i had 2 go 2 london on a photo s ,god i was little lol ,thats when it all started train train and train lol ,..ill post the pics soon..
