You can, but if you feck it up you just don't want to be shooting blanks and have bitch tits!

Its not reversable but the lumps can be decreased right down to an unoticable (sp) size. Shooting blanks is an advantage in my eyes.
There was a really good thread on UKM or maybe it was BOI about operating procedures to remove the excess breast tissue created during gyno. It was really informative and highlighted what procedures are actually required and what surgeons are just blowing smoke. I'll see if I can find it.
Re shooting blanks....gotta be less painful then getting the snip like a mate of mine just has....but remember, its not guaranteed you will be shooting blanks and still doesn't protect against other nasties that may be out there.
