As far as I'm aware, orals are dangerous and the results aren't nearly as good as injectables...?


there is an oral called turinabol or an inject called tren, maybe its one of these?

Must be the first one - turinabol. Can't be trenbolene (sp) ..

Few of the guys got it over the counter at the supplement shop, his words were 'this will be illegal soon so stock up while you can'. They are swear by it and in fairness their lifts seem to have improved a fair bit.

Oh right, why stock up on something that will be illegal when you can just buy steroids legally?

No idea :D I don't know much about roids bar the basics so just thought I'd try and find out what this stuff is.

I guess people use them as it means they dont have to inject. From what I understand though its much worse for the body (particularly liver as this is where they get broken down right?), and the gains aren't as good. Might as well just use the real thing.

Still scares the crap out of me about getting it wrong though, or injecting in the wrong place, and the side effects, and what to do if it all goes wrong etc...! Gyno isn't reversible is it?

Well I heard you shouldn't inject in the calf :lol:

As for your gyno, I think you can do things to help prevent it when you are on a cycle can't you?

There was a really good thread on UKM or maybe it was BOI about operating procedures to remove the excess breast tissue created during gyno. It was really informative and highlighted what procedures are actually required and what surgeons are just blowing smoke. I'll see if I can find it.

Re shooting blanks....gotta be less painful then getting the snip like a mate of mine just has....but remember, its not guaranteed you will be shooting blanks and still doesn't protect against other nasties that may be out there.

For strength athletes I would say do volume PBs for the first few weeks of the cycle rather than keep doing very low reps. This will help your connective tissue get stronger before you set big PB singles which could result in injury otherwise. Obviously this doesn't usually apply to BBers because they are not usually doing 1s 2s and 3s anyway.
