Anyone else use or tried this?
I got some as I had a couple of quid left over to spend on free points, so got 100g. Tried 200mg today pre-workout for the first time and I think it helped looking back. Was able to keep totally focussed all the way through, even on the curls at the end which I've always been guilty of getting bored of and giving less than 100%.
Only tried the once so will see how it goes. IS 200mg enough??
