Anyone else use or tried this?

I got some as I had a couple of quid left over to spend on free points, so got 100g. Tried 200mg today pre-workout for the first time and I think it helped looking back. Was able to keep totally focussed all the way through, even on the curls at the end which I've always been guilty of getting bored of and giving less than 100%.

Only tried the once so will see how it goes. IS 200mg enough??

I bought some thinking it was help last year and I can honestly say it did diddly squat for me.

I rate dmae, so does my friend. What is interesting is that my friend has ADHD, he says he feels much clearer after a dose of 200mg.
