Not me, the other half benched 40kg on the flat bench today, just for a single but a good one, not bad for 3 months weight training.

Excellent work as I see many guys struggle to bench a 20kg olly bar when starting out.

Yes but they don't drink as much milk as my GF so there at a disadvantage to start off with :D

could have been 2 if I hadn't been too busy saying "oh yeah!" to remember to keep going :D

And all with out a blue t shirt or porridge. I don't let snoopy grind any reps so theres more in the tank as the 100 went up with good form and reasonably quickly.

Sweet pb. I couldn't do 40kg to start with - I actually remember hitting that as a target many years ago and being thrilled! Well done Cat :D
