Tao te Ching - great book, will chill you out and help you see clearly. Good all-round psychology. costs about £6 on amazon.

Couldn't agree more... am actually re-reading it right now! Very very simply is the idea of finding peace with yourself within 'the flow' of the world and, rather than be a victim of events, to be calm and always in a state of 'relaxed readiness'. It teaches not to over think and worry but just to 'be'. Is I think a very beautiful philosophy.

One to add to the list...
'Behave like you are the best...and you'll have the best chance of being the best you can be.'

'Be effective: do what works...and keep doing it.'

'Bask in the turbulence of my magnificence.'
