Bit about me:-
Started training in November 2007.
I live in Conwall & gig row for Fowey. Gig rowing is fixed seat rowing with 3 rowers each side with one oar each & a cox to steer & shout at you. Its a huge sport in Cornwall & Devon with over 100 clubs each with around 4 teams. My club is top 5 & my crew came 9th in the Championships. A race lasts around 15mins over around 2-3 miles. There are races every week from May to Sept.
I am natural & have to stay that way due to the rowing being tested etc.
My goals are to become a stronger rower,to look better & try to intimidate other teams. But I could also see myself getting into powerlifting.
I am following a routine from Simon at the mo which is going well.
